The flotel is in layup at the moment and possible hiring of labor for unit repairs
The flotel accommodation platform, the POSH Xanadu, which has operated for Petrobras in the Campos Basin on several occasions, arrived today (15) at the port of Angra dos Reis and, for the time being, will remain in a state of layup until the relative sanitary conditions to the coronavirus are more flexible or resolved.

The traditional city in shipbuilding, which has been suffering from the lack of large orders, rekindles the hope of employability in the area, even if only for a short period of time. There is still nothing confirmed and it is not possible to know if local labor will be hired or if the flotel employees themselves will be in charge of the service.
The unit belongs to Pach Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), with capacity for 750 people. See some images in the slide show below.
