With an investment of BRL 1,6 billion, the Campo Largo 2 Wind Farm is made up of 86 wind turbines that have gone through a period of test operation, and has a total installed capacity of 361,2 MW.

When operating at full load, ENGIE will have a total of 1.262,8 MW of installed capacity in wind energy in Brazil, which represents more than 1.000MW in the state of Bahia alone, in addition to consolidating the company's capacity in renewable energies and expanding the the Company's portfolio, since Campo Largo 2 increases the supply of energy in the Free Contracting Environment.

“Campo Largo 2 represents our consolidation in wind generation. We surpassed 1GW in installed capacity, which reinforces Brazil's vocation for clean and renewable energy and for a carbon neutral economy. In addition, we make more energy available to the free consumer, who can contract a bespoke load and obtain a significant reduction in electricity costs, optimizing the growth of their business.” highlights the CEO of ENGIE Brasil Energia, Eduardo Sattamini.
