TIM opens 43 vacancies in its young apprentice program in SP, BH and PR, with exclusive vacancies for students looking for inclusion in diversity
Registration for the 2021 Young Apprentice TIM program in SP, BH and PR has already begun. The operator is offering 43 vacancies for those students who are looking for opportunities in the job market in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and inclusion in diversity, that is, the opportunities for vacancies in Tim's Young Apprentice this year will be exclusive to women, blacks, LGBTI+ and people with disabilities (PwD).

Vacancies for Tim's young apprentice program are available in SP, BH and PR. The program will last for one year and three months, however, there is a possibility of future hiring, such as, for example, the case of former apprentice Giovann Martin, who entered the company's young apprentice program at the age of 17 and, since 2017, has been effective in the position of Technical Safety Planning.

- Age 16 to 23 years;
- Availability to work for 6 hours;
- Not working as a Young Apprentice at another company and not having worked as a Young Apprentice at Tim before;
- Live in SP, BH and PR.

How will the selection process work?
Applications to participate in Tim's Young Apprentice Program in SP, BH and PR will be made through the Tim's Careers. After applying for vacancies, the program participant will go through four stages of the process. They will be:
- Test of Portuguese and Mathematics;
- Redaction;
- Group dynamic;
- Interview with managers.
Those approved in the program in SP, BH and PR will have, in addition to the monthly remuneration, some benefits such as:
