New TJ SP contest has openings for mid-level candidates. There are 400 vacancies for the position of Judicial Technical Clerk, with salaries of 5,4 and many benefits.
Last Friday (3), the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (TJ SP) announced the opening of registration for a new Public tender, focused on filling hundreds of vacancies. In total, there are 400 vacancies in the mid-level contest in the position of judicial technical clerk, linked to the Judicial District of the Capital. Opportunities are focused on candidates who fit the requirements specified in the announcement.
Requirements to participate in the TJ-SP Contest
Those interested in running for vacancies in the public tender must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school, be born or naturalized Brazilian, be up-to-date with their electoral obligations, have military service, have not been convicted of a crime against property or for an act of impropriety provided for by law, have completed high school, have physical and mental health to carry out activities, among others.
For permanent professionals, the salary offered corresponds to the amount of R$ 5.480 for a 40-hour workday per week to carry out the functions of the position.

The Judiciary Technical Clerk is responsible for carrying out activities related to the organization of services that are related to the functions of administrative and technical support to the units of the Court of Justice, in addition to serving the internal and external public, controlling the custody of office material, giving progress in judicial and administrative proceedings, update on legislation relevant to the area of operation and internal rules, among others.
Of the total of 400 vacancies, the details of the opportunities are 300 for the general public, 80 for black candidates and 20 for People with Disabilities (PCD).
Registration and selection process for the TJ-SP mid-level contest
Those interested must complete their registration on February 17th until 16 pm on March 28th of this year, exclusively online, at Vunesp Foundation website.
A registration fee costs BRL 81, but those who meet the requirements of the public notice can request exemption from the fee between February 17th and 24th.
No selective process of the TJ SP contest, enrolled mid-level candidates will be evaluated in two stages, the first being an objective test, scheduled for May 28, and the second consisting of a practical test.

It is important to highlight that the written test consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, with five answer alternatives, distributed among the syllabus of Portuguese language, current affairs, knowledge of law, computer science, mathematics and logical reasoning. O mid-level competition will be valid for one year, counting from the date of homologation, extendable for an equal period, at the discretion of the Court of Justice.
Successful candidates in the public tender will enjoy several benefits
The Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo provides R$ 5.480 of initial remuneration not including benefits.
At the top of the career, the server can count on a salary of up to R$ 6.122,95. The benefits made available by the agency are food allowance of R$ 55 per day, equivalent to R$ 1.210 in 22 days of work per month, transport allowance of R$ 176, health allowance of R$ 370, daycare allowance of R$ 423 per child, where it is possible to enter a maximum of two children and additional qualifications of up to 12,5% more.
The advantage of this position is that there is the possibility of working in various sectors such as, for example, Distributor Office or Criminal Court.
