The fair is an initiative developed by the Adjunct Board of Career and Entrepreneurship of the Escola Politécnica, in partnership with Fluxo Consultoria.

The director of the UFRJ Polytechnic School, Professor Cláudia Morgado, said that even in the face of the pandemic, the institution could not fail to hold this event, which is so awaited by students. “It is a good opportunity to strengthen the relationship with the leading companies in the market, which are always looking for the best candidates to fill their vacancies, whether for internships or jobs, and registering for the event will certainly contribute to a better placement for our students. and alumni,” he said.

“We live in a physical and digital world at the same time. Companies that were born in the physical world are migrating and integrating their processes to the digital world. The opposite is also true. We need to train our students to have the necessary skills to live and work in these two environments and know how to build bridges for the future”, highlights the assistant director of Career and Entrepreneurship at the Escola Politécnica and also responsible for coordinating the junior company Fluxo Consultoria, Professor Alice Ferruccio.
