Salaries offered vary depending on the level of education required for each position. Check the corresponding remuneration below:
- Elementary Level: R $ 1.577,35;
- Intermediate/Technical Level: R$ 2.514,07 and R$ 2.824,80;
- the Next level: BRL 3.566,25.
In addition to salaries, those approved will be entitled to benefits such as transportation vouchers, health insurance, and other benefits provided for by law, guaranteed to state public servants.
Public tender stages
O public tender of UEPB will be divided into three stages, depending on the position chosen.
The first stage is the objective written test, which will be applied to all candidates and has an eliminatory and classificatory nature.
For technical positions, there will be a second stage, which consists of a practical test, also of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, aimed at functions such as Laboratory Assistant, Dental Office Assistant and other specific positions.
The third and final stage, aimed at higher-level positions, is the qualifications test, which is classificatory in nature and takes into account the candidates' academic background and professional experience.
The objective tests will consist of Portuguese Language and Specific Knowledge questions, varying according to the level of education. Below is the composition of the evidence:
- Complete Elementary Level:
- Portuguese Language: 10 questions;
- General Knowledge: 10 questions;
- Intermediate/Technical Level:
- Portuguese Language: 10 questions;
- Specific Knowledge: 10 questions.
- Higher level:
- Portuguese Language: 10 questions;
- Specific Knowledge: 10 questions.
Candidates who pass the objective tests will proceed to the subsequent phases, depending on the position.
Practical and title tests will be scheduled after the preliminary results are announced.
Shelf life and results
O public tender It has a validity period of one year, which begins to be valid from the date of publication of the approval of the result.
This period may be extended for an equal period, at the discretion of UEPB.
