URGENT: Brazilian Air Force (FAB) opens enrollment for 242 vacancies for training course for sergeants for both sexes

Registration opened this Monday (23) for the Admission Exam to the Air Force Sergeants Training Course

This Monday, January 23rd, registrations were opened for the Admission Examination to the Air Force Sergeants Training Course for entry in January 2024. They can be done until February 15th and candidates will compete for a of the 242 vacancies available. Of these vacancies, intended for candidates of both sexes, 20% will be allocated to black candidates who meet the conditions and norms established in the Specific Instructions. The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) published Specific Instructions this Friday (20).

Specialties available in the Aeronautics Sergeants Training Course

• Aircraft Mechanic (BMA) – 60 vacancies;
• Ordnance (BMB) – 15 vacancies;
• Electricity and Instruments (BEI) – 16 vacancies;
• Structure and Painting (BEP) – 10 vacancies;
• Flight Equipment (BEV) – 12 places;
• Procurement (BSP) – 14 vacancies;
• Guard and Security (SGS) – 30 vacancies;
• Air Traffic Control (BCT) – 85 vacancies.

Requirements and information for enrolling in the Entrance Exam

As a requirement for enrolling in the first class of the Air Force Sergeants Training Course (CFS 1/2024), the candidate must not be younger than 17 years old or 25 years old by 31/12/2024, in addition to having completed, until the date of the Final Concentration of the Exam, the High School of the National Teaching System.

The selection process consists of discursive tests in Portuguese, English, Mathematics and Physics, in addition to health inspection, psychological aptitude test, physical fitness assessment test, complementary hetero-identification procedure and document validation. The tests will be held on 04/06/2023.
