Registration open for free gymnastics and acrobatic fabric courses at USP: opportunities for children, teenagers and adults.
The Ribeirão Preto School of Physical Education and Sports (EEFERP) at the University of São Paulo (USP) announced the opening of registrations for free courses gymnastics and acrobatic fabric. The courses are an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to get involved in physical activities and improve their skills, with options for different ages and experience levels.

EEFERP is offering three main types of courses free:
- Acrobatic Fabric Course
The acrobatic fabric course is aimed at participants of all ages, from children to adults.

BABY Items on Mercado Livre
It is designed for individuals ranging in age from 12 to 45 years. Classes started on August 7th and will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 12:30 pm to 14 pm.
This course aims to teach acrobatics techniques using suspended fabrics, promoting both physical development and coordination and balance.
- Artistic Gymnastics Course
The artistic gymnastics course is aimed at adults aged between 18 and 59. Classes started on August 7th and will run until December 6th.
Classes take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 12:30 pm to 14 pm.
This course offers an introduction to artistic gymnastics, focusing on basic and advanced techniques, and is ideal for those who want to improve their strength, flexibility and overall athletic abilities.
- Rhythmic Gymnastics Course
For children aged 6 to 9, EEFERP offers a rhythmic gymnastics course.
Classes start on August 8th and run until December 5th, taking place on Mondays and Thursdays, from 14pm to 15pm.
This course is designed to help children develop hand-eye coordination, rhythm and body expression through rhythmic movements and the use of devices such as ribbons and balls.
Where and how to register?
Todos os courses will be held at the EEFERP Olympic Gymnasium, which offers an adequate and safe environment for practicing these physical activities.
Spaces for USP courses are limited, and interested parties must register as soon as possible to ensure their participation.
