Experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams is also desirable.

Requirements required by Ypê: Complete Technical Course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Machining Mechanics or Electromechanics.

Basic knowledge of breakage handling tools, such as AQF, FACÃO and Ishikawa, is also valued.
