Selection process steps

The third phase is online group dynamics, where internship program candidates, divided into teams, face a practical case that must be developed and subsequently evaluated by Vivo managers. Finally, the process ends with individual interviews, conducted by company managers and leaders. This last phase is an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their interpersonal and professional skills in a more direct way, as well as being a time for both parties to assess the alignment of expectations.
