With an investment of R$ 130 million to purchase equipment, the company Santos Brasil closed the purchase of two state-of-the-art container trucks and two container forklifts
The acquisition of new portainers and forklifts is just one of the contributions that will be invested in state-of-the-art equipment for moving goods in the national complex.
The two new portainers acquired by Santos Brasil were purchased from the Chinese ZPMC and are a total of 50 meters high
They will also rely on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to identify the numbering of containers, which will ensure even more security efficiency for operations.
Santos Brasil states that it will continue investing in new equipment and is preparing the next purchase for the modernization of Tecon Santos

and that the company is analyzing the next purchase, now of electric mobile cranes (e-RTGs) and terminal tractors.
