The multinational Bayer's trainee program aimed at blacks is for the company's factories in the states of SP, RJ, MG, PE and BA
Bayer, a global chemical and pharmaceutical company with core competencies in the areas of health, agriculture, agribusiness and high-tech materials, is accepting applications for its trainee program, aimed at black candidates. Registration starts today and runs until October 21. The multinational's vacancies will be allocated to the cities of São Paulo (SP), Belford Roxo (RJ), Camaçari (BA), Petrolina (PE) and Uberlândia (MG).

The objective of the program is to develop and train black professionals for strategic leadership positions and make the company's management team more representative, considering different perspectives. The company intends to prepare these talents to face future challenges, according to the needs of the business.
