University offers opportunities for Analysts and Technicians with 40-hour shifts and attractive training in Minas Gerais

The State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG) published notices 14/2024 and 15/2024, with the aim of fill 88 temporary vacancies for technical-administrative professionals. These Opportunities include University Analyst and University Technician positions, with 40-hour workweeks and competitive rates.

UEMG, responsible for organizing the selection process, aims to hire mid- and high-level professionals for various areas. With this, the institution hopes to meet your urgent demands and, in addition, strengthen your technical-administrative staff. In this way, it guarantees qualified support for its academic and administrative activities, according to the Concursos no Brasil website.

Details of the selection process vacancies and locations of work

In notice 14/2024, UEMG offers 10 vacancies, of which 7 are for University Analysts and 3 for University Technicians. These professionals will therefore work in the Rector's Office and other academic units, meeting the specific needs of each sector.

On the other hand, notice 15/2024 presents a larger offer, with 78 temporary vacancies. Among them, 61 are for University Analysts and 17 for University Technicians, with placement at the Academic Unit of Passos, located in the interior of the state. This reinforcement has the aim to meet the growing demand of UEMG in Passos and, at the same time, ensure quality technical and administrative support.

Furthermore, the institution offers, in addition to the base salary, a additional R$ 75,00 per working day to professionals who work 30 hours a week or more. This benefit aims to consider and value employee involvement in their daily functions.

Salaries and benefits offered in the selection process

Approved University Analysts will be entitled to a salary of R$2.639,24, while University Technicians will grant R$ 1.209,03, both for 40-hour workweeks. Furthermore, UEMG guarantees that all employees have monthly salaries no lower than the current minimum wage.

Another significant benefit is the additional R$ 75,00 per day, aimed at professionals who work 30 hours a week or more. This extra amount increases the productivity of professionals and, in addition, helps them feel motivated and committed to carrying out their activities.

Registration for the selection process

Registration for the selection process will be open from October 29, 2024, at 10 am, and onwards until November 5, 2024, at 16 pm. Therefore, interested parties must access the UEMG website, fill out the registration form and send all necessary documentation to prove qualification and experience in the desired area.

The selection process will have two stages. Firstly, a curriculum analysis will take place, where UEMG will evaluate academic qualifications, training courses and professional experience of candidates. Those who stand out in this phase will be called for the second stage: a face-to-face interview, which will focus on essential skills for the university environment.

During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on aspects such as teamwork skills, proactivity, communication skills and mastery of the area of ​​expertise. In this way, UEMG is looking for professionals who, in addition to technical qualifications, have a collaborative profile and have the initiative to contribute to institutional development and improvement of the services offered.
