The Young Apprentice Live Program offers participants the chance to gain experience and find out more about the job market, exploring career possibilities and experiencing everyday life in a large company. There are more than 230 vacancies available for the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Rio Grande do Sul, Pernambuco, Paraná, Goiás and São Paulo.

Development and complementary training at Vivo

In the program, Vivo values ​​practical learning in the work environment, providing a development track with job opportunities for participants to gain experience. Furthermore, participants have access to a language school (Dexway) and the learning platform for employees, Vivo Explore.

Requirements and flexible workload for vacancies

To join the program and take advantage of the available positions to acquire experience, it is necessary to have between 16 and 22 anos (no age limit for people with disabilities) and be enrolled in regular education (elementary or secondary) or have already completed secondary education. It is not necessary to have previous experience, as learning takes place in practice. The workload varies according to the location and area of ​​activity, and may be from 4 or 6 hours a day to make the most of vacancies and gain experience.

The participants of the Young Apprentice Live Program have the opportunity to work both in stores and in the office, taking advantage of available positions to gain experience. In the stores, they offer support in administrative activities, sales routines and customer service, contributing to their professional experience. In the office, support is provided in administrative and specific activities in the area of ​​expertise, providing more vacancies for experience.
