The main mission of this position is to train students in Advanced Quality Tools, a crucial area in the industrial production and management sector.
The chosen professional will be responsible for offering practical and theoretical training, preparing students to work in companies in different sectors, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
To apply for this position, candidates must have completed a degree in related areas, such as Production, Quality Management, Production or Process Management, in addition to a specialization in the area of training.
In addition, a minimum of six months of experience in the field is required. The experience and practical knowledge acquired during this period will be essential to providing high-quality education to students.
The flexibility everyone wants
One of the great advantages of this opportunity is the flexibility it offers. The professional will work only once a week, on Thursdays, in the evening, from 18 pm to 22 pm, totaling four hours per week.
This work model not only allows the candidate to maintain other professional activities during the week, but also provides an interesting additional income. The salary offered is R$53,90 per hour, which represents almost a thousand reais per month for just four hours of work per week.
How does the selection process work at Senai?
The selection process for this position includes several carefully planned stages to ensure that the ideal candidate is selected. The first phase consists of receiving resumes, which must take place between September 10 and 16, 2024.
Candidates must pay attention to the registration confirmation, which will be sent automatically by email.
After this stage, there will be a curriculum analysis on September 17, with the results being released on the same day. Those who are approved will undergo a cultural and skills fit test, which will take place between September 18 and 19, with the results being made available on the 19th.
The next stage involves a practical assessment, scheduled for September 23, in which candidates must give a test class on the topic “Six Sigma – Concepts and History”.
This practical assessment will be carried out at night and will serve as the final criterion for selecting the professional. The final result will be announced on September 24, when the name of the new SENAI Teaching Specialist III will be announced.
