The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) released this Monday (22) the notice of its new public tender, offering 900 vacancies for analyst positions in various areas of specialization. With a starting salary of R$20.900, the contest also includes a series of benefits, such as health care, educational assistance and a supplementary pension plan, according to the JC Concursos website.
Details of vacancies and benefits
Of the 900 vacancies announced, 150 are for immediate hiring, while 750 are intended for forming a reserve register. The competition respects the quota policy, with 30% of vacancies reserved for black candidates and 15% for people with disabilities. Opportunities are concentrated at the BNDES headquarters in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), but there is the possibility of working in offices located in São Paulo (SP), Recife (PE) and Brasília (DF), with a weekly workload of 35 hours.

Registration and exemption from fees for the BNDES competition

The BNDES selection process
The BNDES competition will consist of objective and discursive tests, scheduled for October 13th in all Brazilian capitals. The tests will be administered in two shifts, with content covering Portuguese, English, transversal knowledge and specific knowledge. The answers will be published the day after the tests, with a deadline for filing of appeals between October 14th and 15th. The final result is scheduled to be published on January 30, 2025.
