It is also necessary to have experience in leading teams responsible for static tests, such as visual inspection, functional tests, measurement of unevenness, spacing and torques, as well as dynamic tests, including analysis of noise, drivability, comfort and functional performance.
The candidate must have knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, as well as skills in data analysis and application of tools such as 5S, 8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA and 6 Sigma.
