Senior digital security analyst

Requirements required by Neoenergia: Complete higher education in mathematics, administration, accounting, economics, law or engineering.

Candidates must have advanced knowledge of privacy and personal data protection, as well as a solid grasp of Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD. 

Responsibilities: Responding to requests from holders in the DPO's communication channels and supporting the request channels of the business and corporate areas (OneTrust). Activities include management of the Personal Data Protection Brigade, internal consultancy on personal data protection and privacy, and the consolidation of information for the preparation of management reports.

Young technical apprentice

Requirements required by Neoenergia: Be studying high school and be a technician in electrical engineering. The candidate must be available to work 20 hours per week in the morning shift.

Responsibilities: Update of internal controls in the operational area and backoffice activities related to emergency and commercial services. You will also be responsible for participating in and monitoring compliance with safety procedures with your own operational teams.

System Operation Technician I

Requirements required by Neoenergia: Complete technical high school and active CFT. The candidate must have basic knowledge of the electrical sector, electrical power systems, electrical power generation, electrical machines, protection and control, and substation equipment. 

Responsibilities: Execute, under supervision, recomposition actions or activation of teams to maximize generation and minimize unavailability of Neoenergia Renováveis ​​assets.

Activities include generation control, analysis of urgent intervention requests, review of maneuver programs and operational communication with maintenance teams and other external agents. 

Job Vacancy Location: Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro.

Warehouse assistant I

Requirements required by Neoenergia: The vacancy is exclusive to people with disabilities and requires a complete high school education. The candidate must have a category B driving license and be available to travel.

Responsibilities: Perform functions related to supply chain and logistics, including inbound and outbound logistics operations, inventory and storage management, and transportation management.

You must also manage import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, tax implications and logistics risk management.

Senior service quality analyst

Requirements required by Neoenergia: Complete higher education and intermediate knowledge in the Office Package.

The candidate must have experience in the area of ​​Service Quality, preferably in telecommunications, financial services, health or entertainment companies.

Responsibilities: Implement or execute customer experience strategy to optimize services, interactions and overall satisfaction.

Its tasks include defining and executing customer service models, policies and tools, monitoring and analyzing the performance of subcontracted companies, and analyzing service quality indicators to propose improvements.
