Among the activities that will be performed are the organization and control of management and technical areas' agendas, in addition to the classification and organization of packages, documents, correspondence and various materials.
The role also includes assisting in issuing correspondence and documents in accordance with established standards and helping to maintain data and information relevant to your area of expertise.
In addition, the Technical Assistant I will participate in the preparation, execution, control and updating of the area's processes and will assist in controlling material stock.
