In addition, the company has a Fulfillment unit, where products from selected sellers are stored, and the platform is responsible for preparing packages and managing shipping after the sale on the app.
To enhance user experience, Shopee has opened first-mile hubs, which are responsible for collecting and sorting goods before sending them to distribution centers, and last-mile hubs, which carry out the final stage of delivering products to consumers. There are currently more than 150 units in operation.
In addition, the marketplace has more than 2,5 Shopee Agencies spread across Brazil, optimizing its logistics chain.
These commercial establishments, in addition to their usual activities, function as collection points for packages from Brazilian sellers.
To ensure the efficient flow of deliveries, more than 30 partner drivers collect goods from points of sale, transporting them to hubs and distribution centers, until final delivery to the consumer.
Expanding opportunities at Shopee
In October 2024, Shopee announced the opening of 3.500 temporary positions to strengthen its logistics operation during year-end promotional campaigns, such as 11.11, Black Friday and Christmas.
The opportunities were distributed across 19 states, covering several regions and cities in the country.
Candidates should have completed elementary education, be available to work different shifts and have a committed and proactive profile.
