This Sunday (02/02), Mineradora Vale has a new job opening for Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, with preferential opportunity for women.

The position is located in Mariana, Minas Gerais, and is part of the company's commitment to promoting a more diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

The professional selected for the position will have a strategic role in the operation, leading a team made up of 12 professionals, including technicians, welders and mechanics.

The job vacancy's duties include managing people, resources and mine assets, which includes large equipment such as loading machines, infrastructure, drills and trucks.

Requirements demanded by Mining Company Vale

For this job opening, Vale is looking for candidates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Administration or related areas, as well as proven experience in people management and heavy equipment maintenance.

Solid knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance processes is also essential for the role.

Working hours and application period

The professional will work on a 2x2 shift basis, with working hours from 07:00 am to 19:00 pm, under an indefinite term contract.
