How the selection process works
The selection process for this SENAI home office position is structured in five main stages. The first stage consists of sending resumes, which must be registered on the official FIESC website by November 24th. After this stage, candidates will undergo a theoretical assessment and curriculum analysis on November 25th. On the 28th and 29th, the cultural fit and skills test will be carried out. Between November 29th and December 1st, candidates will participate in the practical assessment and document analysis. The candidate must also present personal documents and proof of education.
The online interviews will take place on December 4th and 5th. During this phase, candidates will present the case study developed in the practical assessment and answer questions related to the technical solutions adopted. The result will be announced on December 6th, at 17:15 pm.
