Unipar, a chemical industry company, has opened enrollment for its trainee program for young engineers who have graduated in chemical, electronics and mechatronics engineering in the last three years.

Unipar is a chemical company, being a reference in the manufacture of chlorine, caustic soda and PVC, inputs that form the basis of all industries. It has around 1.400 employees in its offices and industrial plants in Brazil and Argentina.

In all, there will be eight vacancies that will be distributed between Brazil (5) and Argentina (3). The areas of activity for those selected will be production, environment and commercial.

The company's operations in Brazil take place in São Paulo (office), Cubatão and Santo André (factories). In Argentina, the company has an office in Buenos Aires and a factory in Bahía Blanca.

When it comes to the requirements for the trainee program for engineers, the company requests advanced English, analytical skills, teamwork, communication, among others. The benefits are: remuneration compatible with the market, medical assistance, dental assistance, PLR, life insurance and private pension plan.

The trainee program will last for 1 year and has the support and guidance of the company, for better technical, behavioral and business training, in addition to mentoring and training. It also provides for periodic monitoring, performance evaluations and development of an application project.

The process steps are as follows:

Online stages: assessment of applicants, language tests and group dynamics;

Face-to-face stages: panel and individual interviews, in São Paulo and Buenos Aires.
