Assaí Atacadista is offering more than 250 job openings in Fortaleza this Thursday (12). The job vacancies are destined to the company's new unit, which has yet to be inaugurated. This store belonged to the Extra hypermarket chain, being one of the 70 Extra units that were acquired by Assaí.

In total, three establishments that were under the Extra banner in Fortaleza will become Assaí:

• Extra Parangaba;
• Extra Montese;
• Extra Mister Hull.

According to Assaí Atacadista, the new store in Fortaleza will generate up to 50% more jobs than the Extra hypermarket. Workers who worked at Extra will have priority in the selection process. The store is being remodeled and will have ample parking.

Maintenance Assistant

• Prerequisites: Complete High School; Minimum age of 21 years; Essential NR 10 (regulatory standard 10) updated.

• Prerequisites: Complete High School; Age group: Minimum 21 years old; Course: Forklift updated and CNH – category B.
• Main responsibilities: Responsible for operating a forklift on the store and warehouse floors; Carry out the loading and unloading of the goods, place the goods in the high gondolas, respecting the PEPS system (first in first out) and never exceed the specified weight for the forklift; Proven experience in function operating forklift in warehouse and store and experience with electric forklift.
