Entries are now open for the internship program to work in several areas, by the Equatorial Energia Group, for the cities: São Luís, Pinheiro and Imperatriz, in Maranhão

According to Equatorial Energia, internship vacancies in Maranhão are for: Human Resources, Legal, Engineering, Environment, Endomarketing, Accounting, Customer Relations, Information Technology and Telecom, Billing, Supplies, Logistics, among others. 80 vacancies will be made available by Grupo Equatorial Energia for the states where it operates (Pará, Maranhão, Piauí and Alagoas).

Prerequisites proposed by Equatorial Energia

Applicants for internship vacancies, in addition to having the course in progress, need to fulfill other prerequisites such as having knowledge of the Office Package, availability to do the internship for 20 or 30 hours a week, in addition to living in the city of the vacancy, or having mobility for the daily commute to the internship location. The selection process will be carried out in an innovative way through an Artificial Intelligence system and virtual stages including assessments, dynamics and interviews.

Stages of the selection process to apply for the internship

• Online registration and tests (until April 14);
• Reviews and online play (April 16-25);
• Group dynamics (May 3rd to 14th) and
• Final interviews (May 10th to 21st).

The start of the internship is scheduled for June this year. Those selected will be able to receive benefits such as transportation assistance, meal and parking assistance, in addition, of course, to an internship grant.

Those selected will also undergo a process of structured actions for development, a novelty that involves technical and behavioral training that will be offered during the internship, with the pretext of enhancing knowledge and complementing academic training.
