The initiative takes place within the ÓrbiAcademy Techboost, which is one of the largest Brazilian developer training programs and will distribute more than 130 scholarships in programming languages ​​by 2022, impacting the entire Brazilian tech community. In partnership with Inter, the program inaugurates new careers to be accelerated: UX and UI.

Professionals in these areas are responsible for developing the user experience on multiplatforms, such as mobile applications and websites. Through tools, agile methodologies and Design Thinking techniques, they become specialists in identifying user needs and proposing creative solutions focused on usability and navigability.

Banco Inter informs that interested parties will be able to network with the company's team, and will also be in front of a vibrant tech community, in contact with real scenarios in Inter's day-to-day UX and UI. The best talents who complete the program will still have the opportunity to be hired.

Candidates must reside or be willing to move to the cities of São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba or Recife. The entire program will be held on the platform of Digital Innovation One, the largest ecosystem in Latin America in free technology education, with more than 400 devs present.

In addition, the Inter team will present all the details of the program and the company's culture in a live, which will be held on June 8, at 20 pm.

Registration: professionals with more than two years of experience in the market who are interested in accelerating their career must apply sign up for the program at this link, until June 11th.

The date of the sessions will be on the 12th of June. Upon registration, participants will have a qualifying challenge online to validate the knowledge and experiences required by the program.
