The MSC Shuba B docked at the Port of Pecém driven by the growth of Brazilian fruit growing. The melons from Rio Grande do Norte represent the majority of the cargo handled by Pecém in this segment. But fruits, such as mangoes and grapes, produced in Ceará and in the region of Vale do São Francisco, where the cities of Juazeiro da Bahia and Petrolina are located, also flow through the port terminal.
