Foreign companies do not deliver proposals and Brasfels can buy and finish the Sete Brasil rigs

Sete Brasil decided to continue construction at the Brasfels and Jurong shipyards. Contrary to expectations, Borr Drilling and Seadrill did not confirm the offers for the rigs and what is said is that Keppel Fels, controller of the Brasfels shipyard, in Angra dos Reis (RJ), would have submitted a proposal for Urca and Frade, the rigs under construction.

Keppel Fels' proposal in the auction has no official confirmation, but it is speculated that it would be associated with a national operator, which would be Petroserv. The reason for the association would be Petroserv's knowledge of the Sete Brasil project, where it already had a contract to operate the SS Frade rig.

Check out! Petrobras announced on the morning of this Monday, the 27th, that it had begun the opportunity disclosure stage (teaser) regarding the assignment of all of its stakes in 27 mature onshore fields, located in Espírito Santo.
