The collection took place through the issuance of debentures on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, the B3, coordinated by Genial Investimentos.

In this way, the company now obtains the necessary resources to continue its plan to produce electricity from palm oil biodiesel.

Thus, BBF invests not only in expanding installed capacity, but also in a cleaner future in the North of the country.

The company offers renewable energy production solutions in isolated systems, bringing electricity to communities that are not part of the National Interconnected System.

“We are attracting investments and bringing partners for a completely sustainable project, which unites the decarbonization of the Amazon and socioeconomic development of the region, with a focus on job and income generation in the north of the country”, said Milton Steagall, CEO of BBF.

The renewable energy production project at thermoelectric plants in Roraima will bring the state the capacity for socioeconomic growth over the next few years.

Electricity is the source of survival for many local communities. With the support of renewable generation from palm oil biodiesel, this region will be supplied with a clean and sustainable resource.

BBF operates in an integrated manner in the production of renewable energy from palm oil biodiesel. New thermoelectric project in Roraima explores the company's expertise

In addition to the company's thermoelectric project, BBF operates in the production of electricity for isolated systems using biodiesel produced from palm oil.

In addition to generating renewable energy, contributing to sustainability, the company also operates in an integrated manner in its production chain.

This means that it acts from the cultivation of the plant, to obtain raw material, to the generation of electricity.

Furthermore, the cultivation of palm oil takes place in the North of the country, without generating deforestation for the regional flora. It is carried out only in degraded areas before the company starts its activities.

BBF uses a region demarcated by the Federal Government for the production of raw materials in the area. In this way, the company generates wealth and promotes environmental recovery.

Another major contributor to the economy and quality of life in Roraima by the company is the generation of jobs in the raw material production process.

With the new thermoelectric project in Roraima, BBF will continue to invest in quality renewable energy produced from palm oil biodiesel.
