Are you looking for an opportunity to qualify professionally? So, stay tuned: Faetec (Technical School Support Foundation), in partnership with Emancipa Rio, and Paty do Alferes City Hall, announces an inclusive project aimed at the comprehensive training of citizens. Registration is now open for dozens of vacancies in free courses professional qualification and extracurricular activities.
The Faetec program, which has the support of the Department of Sport and Culture and Creative Economy, will offer a variety of free courses and extracurricular activities to promote the personal and social development of participants.
About Faetec’s free professional qualification courses
Luiz Fernando de Paula Espíndola, Secretary of Sport, shared his satisfaction about the start of the project in partnership with Faetec, emphasizing its value for the community. “We are pleased to make these opportunities available to the residents of our city. Through sport, music, art and education, we seek to inspire and empower everyone”, said the Secretary.

Mayor Juninho Bernardes expressed his enthusiasm for the new initiative, highlighting it as a master key to the progress of the citizens of Paty do Alferes. “Allocating resources to the education and well-being of our population is, effectively, investing in the prosperous future of our city. This project with Faetec is a mirror of our commitment to opening doors for the development and learning of each inhabitant. We extend our thanks to the state government for making this program possible”, emphasized the Mayor.
What are the free courses offered by Faetec?
The program in partnership with Faetec stands out for the diversity of free courses and activities offered, including: barber course (with limited places), music classes, jiu-jitsu, skateboarding for beginners, theater, dance, capoeira, futsal school and introduction to volleyball. The City Hall's objective with this initiative goes beyond physical development, seeking to foster the intellectual, emotional and social growth of participants.
How do I sign up for Faetec’s free courses?
The invitation to participate in the project in partnership with faetec extends to the entire community, with registrations available at the Centro Cultural Maestro José Figueira and at the Ginásio Esportivo (specific for the futsal school and the beginning of volleyball), located in Paty of the Ensign. Interested parties can subscribe from Monday to Friday, from 09am to 14pm, thus opening the doors to new opportunities for personal and collective growth.
