It is unanimous among visitors, speakers and exhibitors that the fair Rio Oil & Gas 2022 is a complete success. Although online events and webinars were fundamental during the pandemic, there is nothing more immersive than attending a congress of this size, which is so important for national business and investments. These sentiments were shared by representatives of IBP, SEBRAE ES, ATGás and Shell, in an interview with Portal CPG – Click Petróleo e Gás, see below:

1. Vitor Montenegro, IBP

Vitor Montenegro, IBP Events Manager, said that more than 12 people have already attended the event on the first day of Rio Oil & Gas 2022 and that, by far, expectations were exceeded. In Montenegro's view, more important than the volume of public, the experience that people are having with the more than 400 exhibitors is the great highlight of the congress.

2. Ana Carla, SEBRAE ES

Ana Carla, who is representing SEBRAE ES (from Espírito Santo) at the fair, reported that the state also has an important supply chain and Rio Oil & Gas is important for new opportunities and connections with players in the production chain.

3. Rogério Manso, ATGás

Rogério Manso, executive president of ATGás, the face-to-face importance of resuming events such as Rio Oil & Gas (after the health crisis) is very relevant, mainly due to the energy scenario in Brazil and worldwide.

4. Alexandra Siqueira, Shell Brand

Alexandra Siqueira, from Shell's External Communication and Brand with a 200 m² stand at the fair, said the “rebirth” of Rio Oil Gas, especially in a port region so important for Rio de Janeiro and for the British oil company.
