Students must study Administration, Accounting, Nursing, Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Control and Automation) or Psychology. Additionally, students from other courses can sign up for the company's talent pool. Registration for the selection process in the sector is open until March 15th and must be completed through the Gupy website.
A distinguishing feature of this selection process is the private recruitment, which does not expose personal information such as name, sex, age, race, address, educational institution or previous professional experiences of candidates.
