The free online course Raízen Tech Experience is a partnership with Gama Academy, which aims to train and select up to 45 candidates for job openings for junior developers

Raízen, market leader in the production of sugar and ethanol, launched the career acceleration program for Raízen Tech Experience developers. The free online course will be in partnership with Gama Academy and later up to 45 vacancies will be offered employment for developers.

Selection for Raízen Tech Experience

During enrollment, the candidate's profile will be filled out, cultural fit with Raízen's training and a technical test to assess the candidate's knowledge of the programming language. 

After carrying out all the steps of “Registration and Validation of the Profile”, Gama Academy will select the applicants to participate in the training. The return will be sent by e-mail until the 19th of August to all people.

Approved people will receive training from August 23 to October 4, 2022. The online course will feature individual and group dynamics, in addition to mentoring and practices for solving the proposed challenges. 

During the online course, topics such as cloud computing, infrastructure as code (IaC), agile methodology, database management system (MySQL), APM (Application Performance Monitoring) software and related subjects will be covered.

After the training, a certificate of completion will be delivered to candidates who achieve satisfactory performance in the online course and attend at least 75% of the classes. Subsequently, candidates will be selected for an interview with Raízen to occupy one of the employment for developers.

According to the magazine Examination, the job vacancies available for developers are part of the ethanol producer's strategy to increasingly insert technology into its operational processes. According to José Massad, the company's IT and Digital director, the Raízen Tech Experience program is a chance for professionals willing to grow and make a difference to get a job at a company that encourages experimentation and collaboration.
