Bet on team and exclusive model raises the standard of projects

Melnick, a prominent developer in the South of Brazil, continues to strengthen its position in the market through innovation e industrialization in construction processes. The company has distinguished itself by high quality and technical efficiency, adopting an exclusive model of electrical and hydraulic installations, operated by a highly qualified internal team. This movement aims to overcome the shortage of specialized labor and improve the control and quality of services provided in its enterprises.

The investment in the formation of a own installer arises as a response to the needs for expansion and excellence, ensuring that each stage of construction meets Melnick's rigorous standards. With 56 dedicated professionals, 51 in the technical area, the installer already carries out around 40% of all the developer's works, demonstrating effectiveness in implementing standardized and automated processes.

Increased productivity and quality

The initiative to internalize installation services has generated significant positive impacts, such as the reduction in assistance calls after the completion of works. Rubem Piccoli, Director of Engineering at Melnick, highlights the importance of active listening and team engagement for continuous improvement. According to him, many innovations arise from suggestions from employees themselves, which has been crucial for advancements in work methods and operational efficiency.

The benefits of industrialization extend beyond productivity gains, with the pre-assembly of components such as circuit distribution boards (QDC) and modular systems carried out outside the construction site. This not only speeds up the construction process, but also ensures that all components arrive on site properly tested and configured, minimizing errors and delays.

Focus on innovation and cost control

Marcos Farias, Manager Responsible for MEInstal, highlights the team's constant search for innovations in the construction market. “We are always on the lookout for new technologies and materials that can improve our operations, from machines that promote greater ergonomics to new materials that are tested to meet our high quality standards,” says Farias. This approach not only increases the quality of the work performed, but also ensures that all services remain within the expected budget, an important difference in relation to outsourced services.

The strategy of keeping all installation stages under direct management by Melnick allows for complete integration of processes, a unique feature in the Brazilian construction market. This verticalization is one of the keys to Melnick's success, as Rubem Piccoli points out, and further solidifies the company's reputation as an innovative leader in the sector.

With a history dating back to 1970, Melnick not only attracts buyers and investors, but also fosters a sense of community and sustainability, actively engaging in the revitalization of public spaces and promoting a better quality of life through its projects.
