The Porto do Açú Thermoelectric works are once again the protagonists in a series of opportunities for those who want to be part of one of the most ambitious projects in Brazil. At this stage, who is in charge of the basic construction of the thermoelectric plant within the port complex in São João da Barra - RJ is Andrade Gutierrez, who decided to partner with the region's employability center for hiring after many residents complained that most of labor has been coming from other states.

• TIG/ER welders ⇒ minimum experience 6 months, male and complete high school
• Equipment Operators ⇒ heavy Desirable to have experience in the work portfolio, minimum experience of 6 months and male gender
  schooling: medium
• Industrial plumbers ⇒ minimum experience 6 months, male and complete high school
• Light equipment operator ⇒ Desirable to have experience in the work portfolio, minimum experience of 6 months, male and complete high school
• Rigger (area man) ⇒ desirable to have experience in the work portfolio. minimum experience 6 months, male and complete high school
• Owner ⇒  proven experience in ctps; exp. minimum of 1 to 2 years; gender: male; schooling: medium
