Natixis in Portugal announced that it has open job openings in the following areas of the bank: finance, economics, management, law and information technology (IT). The bank specializes in investments, insurance and other financial market operations.

Previously focused on information technology services, the Porto center is beginning to diversify its operations and creates opportunities in the areas of finance, banking, management, economics and law, in addition to IT.

With 1,2 workers of 21 nationalities in Cidade Invicta, Natixis has global online recruitment. There is a shortage of candidates in Portugal for certain areas, especially digital. The multinational has an international relocation program and has around 80 Brazilians on its staff.

Of the open job vacancies, the company is looking for professionals with different levels of seniority, in the areas of information technology, banking, finance, management, economics and law. According to Maurício Marques, from Brazil, the company has received excellent candidates for job vacancies in both Natixis business areas in Portugal – IT and banking support activities. “We are talking about candidates with academic and professional preparation in highly specialized financial areas and more specific technologies developed in the Brazilian job market”, says the executive.

For job vacancies, Natixis wants reference professionals and that they can always go further, in the impact they have on the company and in the sector, as well as on the opportunities for learning and growth that the company can present.

How does a Brazilian apply for job openings?

Since 2017, when Natixis established itself in Portugal, has received applications and maintained its constant growth and recruitment. “The application process is universal, the same for any nationality: just check the available vacancies”, says the company's HR director.

The company supports foreigners who wish to apply for job vacancies. “After accepting the proposal, employees from other geographies count on our logistical support in obtaining a visa, as well as financial support in operations upon arrival in Portugal.
