Activities
• Expertise in the areas of Means, Technologies and Operations
• Monitor and support the tutor manager in managing the Bank's strategic projects.
• Assist in aligning the bank's projects.
• Deepen the subject of the allocation project, conducting interviews, internal and external surveys.
• Submit proposals for process improvements and optimization based on market benchmarks.
• Evidencing project gains.
