The Brazilian company Quinto Energy was announced by the UN as a member of the United Nations Global Compact, an initiative that aims to mobilize the business community to adopt and promote sustainable business practices.
In the pact, the company is committed to Ten Universal Principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. It is also committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Municipalities will be positively impacted by this initiative
There are 15 municipalities punished by the effects of climate change, such as drought and desertification, which will be impacted through income transfer, job creation, on account of renewable energy projects.
These projects will contribute to accelerating the energy transition to combat global warming and alleviate climate suffering on planet earth. The company's five hybrid complexes will prevent the emission of 32 million tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. It's like we plant 224 million trees a year.
