The University of Akron, in Ohio, in the United States, offers scholarship opportunities for Brazilians in four courses, for 2022

The University of Akron has great opportunities for Brazilians who want to study in the United States. The institution opened enrollment for the program that offers scholarships in four courses: management and leadership, sales management and negotiation, marketing and innovation strategies, and project management. Enrollment runs until January 21 and approved candidates embark in February 2022.

For each of these four courses, a full scholarship will be awarded, two at 70%, plus more scholarships between 30% and 50%.

The university also points out that the costs that are not included are: airfare, health insurance, visa fees and application fee of US$ 120.

The program:

The course lasts two weeks, with a total workload of 64 hours, divided into 32 hours of English classes and 32 hours of selected courses.

In the morning, all students take an English course aimed at the business world, which includes tips on how to improve fluency in the language, in addition to tips on activities and debates on various topics. In the afternoon, the content addresses the theme of the selected course. Classes are from Monday to Thursday.

As long as they are over 18 years old, anyone who is studying or has completed higher education can participate.

How to enroll in the program:

The interested candidate must access the LAIOB website. Entrants must answer personal questions to explain reasons for registration and professional concerns. Lack of broad professional experience does not exclude candidates.

The result will be published on all official pages of the institute on March 15th.
