ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Onshore)

Location: Macaé, RJ

Activities:

  • Administrative support functions and general services
  • Support in the execution of the budget of IT items based on what was done in previous years;
  • Support purchasing and contracting activities, monitor and support the payment of procurement invoices;
  • Ration resource and cost allocation processes in order to meet business needs;
  • Act in accordance with good practices, strategies, controls, processes, contingency and solutions;

Prerequisites:

Activities:

  • Keep all control systems under the direction of Lead I&C;
  • Assist in the operation of the instrument, reporting deficiencies and malfunctions;
  • Carry out equipment maintenance, repair and inspection activities in accordance with the Planned Maintenance System;

Prerequisites:

  • Technical graduation;
  • Advanced English;
  • Knowledge and experience with the YOKOGAWA system;

RADIO OPERATOR (Offshore)

Activities:

  • Carry out internal and external communication in accordance with the instructions and needs of the OIM;
  • Transmission and receipt of documentation;
  • Update the OIM on flight delays or cancellations;
  • Ensure that air traffic control radio communications on VHF and SSB are sent and received;
  • Administer the discipline that must be followed in the area;
  • Prepare time sheet and overtime for the entire Brazilian crew;
  • Answer emergency communication in case of difficulty, such as: MAYDAY, PANPAN and SECURITE;

Prerequisites:

  • Desirable higher education;
  • GMDSS;
  • ANATEL;
  • CNS 014;
  • HT;
  • CBSP and Huet;
  • Fluent English;
