New public competition from the City of Jaraguá announces the opening of registrations for hundreds of vacancies. Find out how to participate and what positions are available!
A new public tender for Jaraguá City Hall, in Goiás, had its notice published recently. The event has 443 vacancies, 168 of which are immediate and 275 for reserve registration. Positions at secondary and higher education levels are up for grabs, with salaries between BRL 1.412,00 and BRL 3.295,95.
List of vacancies offered in the Jaraguá City Council public competition
As opportunities of the public competition are to work at the Department of Education, Sports and Culture (Sedec). There are opportunities in the following positions:

- Social Worker;
- Heritage Educator;
- speech therapist;
- Nutritionist;
- School Support Professional;
- Teaching Professional (Arts);
- Teaching Professional (Sciences);
- Teaching Professional (Physical Education);
- Teaching Professional (Geography);
- Teaching Professional (History);
- Teaching Professional (English);
- Teaching Professional (Mathematics);
- Teaching Professional;
- (Pedagogue);
- Teaching Professional (Portuguese);
- Psychologist.
It is worth noting that candidates for the positions of: Pedagogical Support Professional and Teaching Professional, in all areas, must, when registering, choose the pedagogical sector where they wish to work, according to the list below:

- Teaching Professional (Mathematics) – Level II;
- Teaching Professional (Portuguese) – Level II;

Registration for the Jaraguá City Council public competition
Those interested in participating in the public contest must be Brazilian, born or naturalized, at least 18 years old and under 75, be in full enjoyment and exercise of civil and political rights, be up to date with electoral obligations, be in day with Military Service duties for male candidates, among others.
Registration must be carried out exclusively via the internet, on the competition monitoring page, from May 22, 2024 until July 11, 2024. Candidates must pay R$70 for the registration fee for level secondary and R$90 for higher education.
There will be no total or partial exemption from the registration fee for the Jaraguá City Hall public competition., with the exception of the low-income candidate who, for reasons of financial limitations, cannot afford the payment.
The candidate must be registered in CadÚnico – Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government, be a member of a low-income family and provide their NIS.
Stages of the Jaraguá City Hall public tender
Objective tests will be applied to all candidates approved for registration in the public competition. The questions will consist of 4 answer alternatives, only one of which is correct.
The tests will include Portuguese Language, Logical and Mathematical Reasoning, Pedagogical Knowledge, General Knowledge and Specific Knowledge (depending on the position). The test will have 40 questions and is scheduled to be administered on September 8th. Consultation on application sites will be released from the 2nd of the same month.
The period for sending documents related to the analysis of titles, a phase intended only for candidates for higher-level positions, runs from November 12th to 15th.
Certificates and diplomas of: specialization, master's and doctorate will be considered. It is worth mentioning that the Jaraguá City Council's public competition will be valid for two years, counting from the date of approval of the final result.
