Aeris announces many vacancies in the wind sector to work in Ceará

Company specialized in the wind energy segment disclosed, through its HR, on 16/04, vacancies for various functions seeking professionals who are available to reside in Ceará

Aeris Energy announced yesterday (16/04) vacancies for professionals with experience in the wind sector, they are vacancies for Maintenance Assistant, Industrial Climber for inspections, Technical Leader and Repair Technician to work in its factory in Ceará.
The company is a Brazilian wind turbine blade manufacturer that operates in a strategic location, combining state-of-the-art facilities and effective processes through trained professionals to develop high quality products.

Blade Maintenance Assistant

• Activities: Assist in activities related to external services on wind blades; Assist in the inspection of the blades, in order to identify possible damage; Support repairs to blades and their components in wind farms, according to guidelines, respecting the parameters established for the area;
• Benefits: Health plan, Dental plan; Company transportation, life insurance, PLR; Additional transfer and travel allowance.
• Requirements / Knowledge: Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Complete high school; Experience in repairing wind blades will be an advantage;

Industrial Climber N2

• Activities: Prepare the structure for rope access, in order to ensure safety during activities and inspect the access equipment; Monitor the activities of the Climbers team (Level 1), if necessary, perform rope rescue;
• Benefits: Health plan, Dental plan; Company transportation, life insurance, PLR; Additional transfer and travel allowance.
• Requirements / Knowledge: Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience with abseiling in wind farms; Elaboration of basic security documents APR, PT, PET; IT (Excel and Word).

Technical leader

• Activities: Lead corrective and preventive maintenance work at wind farms, in order to meet customer demands, in accordance with technical, quality and safety standards and procedures; Monitor and guide the services performed by the team, regarding operational and safety procedures, in order to ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Benefits: Health plan, Dental plan; Company transportation, life insurance, PLR; Additional transfer and travel allowance.
• Requirements / Knowledge: Technician in Mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or related areas; Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience in repairing wind blades; IT (Excel and Word).

Blade Repair Technician

• Activities: Perform repairs on wind blades, in accordance with the guidelines of the immediate superior, in order to comply with the parameters of quality, time and established costs; Contribute to the corrective and preventive maintenance process at wind farms, maintaining quality standards by detecting and correcting nonconformities; Complete control documents for the services performed.
• Benefits: Health plan, Dental plan; Company transportation, life insurance, PLR; Additional transfer and travel allowance.
• Requirements / Knowledge: Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Technical education complete or studying; Experience in repairing wind blades; IT (Excel and Word).
