Requirements

• Technical high school in Mechanics
• 1 to 4 years work experience
• Availability to work in Macaé from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 17 pm

Activities

• Ensuring the organization and preservation of cleanliness in the work organization following the concepts of the 5S methodology
• Cleaning and identification of parts and parts of disassembled equipment
• Perform visual inspection of components after disassembly
• Carry out light boilermaking, lubrication and paint touch-ups services
• Elaboration of fault reports; prepare equipment surfaces for the execution of non-destructive tests
• Act as a technical assistant to quality inspection when necessary
• Assembly, operation, testing and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
• Manufacture and assembly of hydraulic hoses with certification test
• Production and assembly of tubular hydraulic lines with bending and installation of terminals
• Measurement of equipment in general
• Perform final tests on repaired equipment and solve hydraulic and mechanical problems presented during the tests
