Alumar Young Apprentice in São Luís

Vacancies are for two industrial learning courses:

• Electromechanical technician
• Aluminum Metallurgical Process Operator (OPMA)

The Alumar Young Apprentice Program, in São Luís, lasts a maximum of two years and is divided into two phases: The theoretical part, which is carried out in partnership with Senai, and the practical part, in which young people will work in one of Alumar's areas.

The Consortium offers an apprentice's salary and other benefits to young people who get the vacancies and, in addition to all that, after training, those approved for vacancies in São Luís will start to compose the bank of talents to be hired in the future, according to the vacancies and needs of the company.

The selection process will take place through a screening according to prerequisites, psychological assessments, tests of knowledge in mathematics and Portuguese, group dynamics and interviews.

Requirements proposed by Alumar for the Program

In order to participate in the Young Apprentice, candidates must meet some requirements that the company has proposed for vacancies, such as being between 18 and 22 years old at the time of application. If the candidate is PCD, the minimum age is 18 and there is no maximum age limit.

It will be necessary to have completed high school, not to have other training or technical qualification in the chosen area and to be available full-time. In addition, you will need to have the following documentation:

• Birth or Marriage Certificate
• SUS Card
• High School Certificate
• CPF regularized
• Title of Elector
• Reservist Certificate
