About the Selection Process Ambev Trainee Program 2021

This year's selection is full of news. First, the selection process will be completely online, with the possibility that talents from all over the country can participate without having to travel.

The second important change happens in testing. The brewery dropped the English level assessment and changed its logic test, which became more fluid and less focused on math.

Without the requirement of language skills, contractors will receive scholarships from the company to study English. The only requirement for vacancies is training in a higher education course between June 2018 and December 2020.

After the test, the company created a “skills game”, which will assess candidates' skills such as creativity, cooperation, problem solving, innovation, tolerance, adaptability and openness to new challenges.

To help in all phases of the program, Ambev brings another novelty: a training platform. Several contents will be made available to young people, such as videos with tips, live transmissions with Ambev leaders and self-knowledge chats before the interviews.

Requirements and Benefits

In addition to a salary of R$7, the company offers meal vouchers, transport or charter vouchers, daycare assistance, medical and dental assistance, gympass, school supplies, 14 salaries and an annual bonus, among others.

To apply, you must have a higher education degree (bachelor and/or degree) completed between June/2018 and December/2020 and mobility to live in other states.
