Allonda Energia, a renewable energy company, is developing a new wind energy complex in Ceará. The venture will have 58 wind turbines and promises to generate 300 jobs for residents of the region.

Allonda, the company responsible for providing real sustainable environmental solutions, announced this week that it will install in the municipality of Icapuí, on the coast of Ceará, a wind energy complex composed of six wind farms and 58 wind turbines. The farms will have the capacity to generate 261 MW and will be designed by 2W Energia.

Construction of the wind energy complex promises to generate hundreds of jobs in Ceará

Work on the wind energy complex should last around 18 months, under the responsibility of Allonda Energia, which will create 300 jobs, 70% of which will be for residents of the region.

Allonda Energia was hired by 2W Energia to carry out the civil works and electrical installations, and the supply and assembly of the main equipment was contracted with Vestas do Brasil, directly by 2W Energia

Formed by three wind energy parks, through 33 wind turbines, it has a capacity to generate renewable energy of 138,6 MW, which is enough to supply energy to 360 thousand homes.

2W Energia is the sole owner of the development, having been responsible for its entire development.

Allonda Energia speaks about the new complex in Ceará

For the development of the new wind energy complex in Ceará, Allonda Energia will be responsible for the civil works for earthworks, wind turbine foundations, access areas, administrative building for operation and maintenance, in addition to the assembly of the entire electromechanical infrastructure, which transforms and forwards the wind energy generated to the concessionaire responsible for distribution.
