The Municipality of Niterói and Firjan entered into a new partnership to provide 500 places in 13 free courses for young people from 16 to 24 years of age in Rio de Janeiro.
A City Hall of Niterói and the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Firjan) entered into a partnership to launch a new public notice for the Project Niterói Jovem EcoSocial II, intended to fill 500 vacancies in 13 free courses in different areas, in 24 groups. The purpose of the program is to provide professional training, conduct training in the territories and develop social skills.
The activities of the Niterói City Hall will be available from Monday to Friday, three days a week at the Senai Niterói Barreto, Sesi Niterói unit and two days in the city's communities defined in the public notice so that actions in the environment sector can be applied.
Enrollment in the free courses of the City Hall of Niterói and FIrjan will open in September
Entries for the selection process can be made during the 1st and 2nd of September at one of the 4 centers defined in the public notice, starting at 9am. The locations are:

According to the Secretary of Social Participation, Anderson Pipico, it is very gratifying for the Municipality of Niterói, from the Secretary of Social Participation, to be able to make 500 vacancies available in free courses for young people in his city in 24 communities, providing the chance of professional qualification, boosting ecological, environmental and sustainable awareness for the beginning of the second phase of the Niterói Jovem EcoSocial Program.

Requirements to participate in free courses
Os courses are aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 25 and minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian in order to register. Those interested must be attending regular education, which can be through EJA or have already completed high school.
In order to enroll, candidates must be present at one of the established locations with proof of schooling prerequisite, which can be a copy of school transcript, copy of high school certificate, diploma, updated schooling statement, copy of identity card, CPF, proof of residence in the name of the candidate and completed application form.
The selection process is expected to take place between the 5th and 19th of September and the result should happen on the 27th of the same month.
