O Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas (IFAL) has new job openings for distance tutors, who will work in the UAB system. Those called for home office vacancies will be scholarship holders and will meet the distance learning undergraduate courses offered by IFAL. The value of the scholarship is R$1.100.

- Accounting Sciences;
- Geography;
- Business Administration
- Anthropology;
- Agronomy;
- Right;
- Letters;
- Pedagogy;
- Economic Sciences;
- Chemistry;
- Math;
- Letters-English;
- Sociology;
- Philosophy;
- Public administration;
- Libras or Letras-Libras or any undergraduate course (with a specialization in Libras, or with a Certificate of proficiency in Libras, issued by the Ministry of Education or by FENEIS – National Federation of Education and Instruction for the Deaf);
- History;
- Environmental management.
Alert: Whatever approved in job vacancies at the Federal Institute They will be responsible for mediating the communication of content between the teacher and the course participants, monitoring student activities, according to the course schedule, supporting the Curricular Component teacher in the development of teaching activities, establishing permanent contact with students and mediating student activities.
Collaborate with the course coordination in evaluating students, participate in training and updating activities promoted by the Educational Institution, prepare monthly student monitoring reports and forward them to the tutoring coordinator.
Participate in the Curricular Component evaluation process under the guidance of the responsible teacher, maintain regular access to the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and respond to student requests within a maximum period of 24 hours.

Registration can be made between March 19th and April 8th through the IFAL website, by filling out an electronic form. There will be no provisional or conditional registration with incomplete documentation under any pretext.
Only documentation attached to the electronic form will be accepted. There will be no possibility of filling out the registration form after the deadline. Among the data that must be attached when registering for home office vacancies are:
- Lattes CV updated in 2024 (mandatory);
- Proof of actually working in public teaching (mandatory);
- Graduation diploma, front and back, in the area of activity, duly recognized by the MEC, in accordance with current legislation (mandatory);
- Proof of experience of at least 01 (one) year in teaching primary or higher education (mandatory);
- Proof of participation in continuing training course(s), with a minimum workload of 40 hours (maximum of 5 titles), in the area of training, in the area of the desired curricular component or in education (if any);
- Proof of experience as a tutor (if any).
