A window of opportunity for technicians in the offshore sector
A foresea, renowned in the offshore drilling sector, announces the launch of the Offshore Development Program – PDO Foresea. This pioneering initiative is aimed at professionals with technical training who seek experience on drilling rigs. Offering 50 places, the program combines theoretical training, in partnership with Firjan SENAI, and practical experience with supervised boarding. Registration is open until January 31st, accessible through the Gupy portal with the keyword “trainee”.
Accelerated development and practical experience
PDO Foresea provides a unique opportunity for technicians without offshore experience who aspire to work in the sector. Those selected will be hired by Foresea under the CLT regime, with competitive salaries and a complete benefits package, including health and dental plans, food vouchers, transportation, incentives for physical activity, private pension, life insurance and more. According to Heitor Gioppo, COO at Foresea, the program offers accelerated development and a high-level technical career path, enabling new members to work in an environment of operational excellence and safety.
Program structure and selection process
The PDO Foresea selection process seeks candidates with technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, electrotechnics, oil and gas, or related professional courses. The two-year program will begin in April, alternating periods of theoretical classes and practical boarding. Initially, the cycles will be 7 days each, evolving to 14 days in 2025. Trainees will undergo a gradual evolution in their roles, aiming to become effective in the corresponding technical areas at the end of the program.
