IFMS announces the opening of more than 1.500 vacancies in free distance learning courses

IFMS has just opened thousands of vacancies in free courses that will be offered in the distance learning modality (EAD). The courses will last 4 months and have a certificate at the end.

O Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS) announced this Monday (02) the opening of several free distance learning courses. These are distance qualification courses focused on basic Spanish, salesman, basic English and computer operator. According to the schedule made available by the IFMS, candidates can register until January 8th.

Stay on top of the main training courses opened by IFMS and some important information about each one:

Basic Spanish

This course aims to train qualified professionals to work in different sectors of society, communicating in Spanish at a basic level, through four language skills, that is, reading, writing, oral production and comprehension. This professional will be able to understand and use familiar and everyday expressions, as well as simple statements, aimed at satisfying concrete demands.

Basic English

This course has the specific objective of training professionals capable of communicating in objective and basic English, through oral and written communications, in their various forms and genres, to train people and professionals to support the administrative sectors of institutions in the Leisure, Tourism sector and Hospitality, as far as the English language is concerned.

Computer operator

This course teaches professionals to install, configure and operate operating systems, peripherals and office applications. Organizes data input and output in information systems, in accordance with technical procedures and attentive to information security and intellectual property standards and policies.

Seller

It aims to teach the student to present the company's products and services, negotiate and argue the sale. Prepares goods for sale, provides customer services, demonstrates products, performs sales and post-sales, displays goods at the point of sale, registers entry and exit of goods.

Enrollment in free distance learning courses and selection process

Those interested in the EAD courses must register for free through the IFMS Selection Center website. The interested party must register on the platform using full name, CPF, date of birth, gender, among other important data.

The selection process will not have tests and, according to the announcement, the process will take place through an electronic draw, which is expected to take place on January 12th.

The institution will publish the final classification of the selection process and the list of those invited in the first call on the 19th of the same month. In the case of courses in Spanish and English, approved candidates must take a leveling test between January 20th and 24th for classes to be formed. The result is expected to be announced on the 27th.

Understand how the classes of the IFMS distance learning courses will work

In total, the IFMS is offering 1.553 vacancies distributed among the four free EAD professional qualification courses. The duration of the courses is four months. There are vacancies for 14 in-person centers of the institution in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul and the municipalities contemplated with the offer of opportunities are Campo Grande, Corumbá, Dourados, Coxim, Nova Andradina, Ponta Porã, Amambai, Três Lagoas, Antônio João, Costa Rica , Camapuã, Nova Alvorada do Sul, Sonora and Ribas do Rio Pardo.

The English and Spanish courses will have face-to-face meetings throughout the week at the center where the student is enrolled, while the course of seller will be made available in distance learning mode (EAD). The computer operator course also provides for weekly meetings, depending on the IFMS center in which the student is enrolled.
